This enables me to offer focus, advocacy and intensive customized plans and content for my clients.

WHAT EXACTLY IS A LIFE COACH?
The term "coach" originates from the 15th-century Hungarian town of Kocs, where horse-drawn carriages were manufactured. These carriages provided a means of transport to reach one’s destination, which metaphorically transitioned into the realm of personal development. By the 19th century, "coach" began to be used in the context of tutoring and mentorship, primarily in academia and sports.
As the concept evolved, life coaching emerged in the late 20th century, signifying a professional who guides individuals toward achieving their personal and professional goals.
Today, a life coach acts as a supportive partner, helping people navigate challenges and enhance their overall well-being, much like a coach in sports helps athletes refine their skills and strategies for success.
Thus, the word "coach" embodies a journey of transformation, illustrating the evolution of support from tangible transport to intangible guidance in personal growth
